I'm Antonio Leitner.

Fifteen years in sales and building teams. Not to impress you, but so you know where this comes from: a room where things were actually sold and actually built, not a book about it.

Growth demands more than motivation. It requires discipline, clarity, and the ability to take the right actions even when it's uncomfortable. Most people guess their way forward and end up stuck. I've walked that road — and now I help others move forward with a clear path.

Today I work in two ways: privately, one-on-one with a small number of clients, and through the Leitner Institute, where I run the live workshops myself and answer the questions myself.
